Daniel Paschkes

Dan Paschkes, a senior associate, has over 30 years’ experience in both defending and prosecuting tort litigation. He is proficient in all aspects of litigation including drafting of pleadings, case investigation, review and analysis of medical records, drafting and answering discovery demands, expert witness retention, meetings and reports, planning, drafting and opposing complex motions, taking and defending depositions, handling settlement negotiations, attending court conferences, and conducting mediations, arbitrations, and trials. He has taken jury verdicts in the New York State Supreme Courts in Kings and New York counties and favorably resolved cases during trial in several other counties.

Dan has been a member of the Pound Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Corps since 2002, and is an active, NYS-certified emergency medical technician. He was captain of the ambulance corps in 2018 and 2019. He has also been elected as a councilman to the Pound Ridge Town Board for five consecutive four-year terms. He was graduated from Alfred University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science in 1984, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Albany Law School of Union University in 1987. He is admitted before the state bars of New York and Connecticut.
